Pod+

The Bathroom Pod+ is an advanced concrete-engineered pod manufactured at the X+ Pod Factory. It combines high-performing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with beautifully designed fixtures and intelligent design features. Built utilizing our fully automated Pod+ Configurator, every bathroom is free of manual errors and delivers superior performance.

Our proprietary pod configurator results in the construction of a home with a long lifecycle, and without the need for repairs.

Component+

The Foundation+ and Staircase+ are proprietary engineered monolithic components manufactured in the X+ Component Factory. Foundation+ delivers a strength of over 8,000 psi and has compressive flexural strength far beyond traditional foundations. The Onx homes’ Staircases+ are built with concrete reinforced with prestressed beams, as opposed to traditional wood plank stairs.

High strength concrete reinforced with steel rebar gives good durability and increases the life span of structures, in turn reducing maintenance costs.

Built in the fully automated X+ Systems factory, the Core Wall+ can withstand 175 mph wind loads for hurricane protection. The monolithic concrete-engineered Walls+ are resistant to the harshest weather and are the strongest and most durable structural systems sandwiched with specialized insulation that absorbs sound and brings unparalleled energy efficiency.
